Our Thoracic Surgery Lung Failure and Transplant Fellowship Program offers advanced training in lung transplantation and complex respiratory failure at one of the busiest programs in the world.
This 24-month fellowship provides comprehensive experience in transplant surgery, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, ex vivo lung perfusion and post op management, alongside excellent opportunities for clinical research and academic development.
This fellowship is available to people eligible for medical licensure in Illinois. Personal interviews are by invitation only and are required for acceptance to our program; we will email applicants who reach the interview stage.
