The Case Management Medical Director is responsible for planning clinical investigations of the resource utilization trends to include length of stay and discharge planning, for the MultiCare Healthcare system and individual hospitals. The Medical Director will function in collaboration with Case Management and Chief Medical Officers located at all MultiCare hospitals, providing leadership and overseeing the performance of resource utilization.
