Division Chief-Director of Newborn Services
Job SummaryThe Director of Newborn Services has the responsibility for overseeing the medical care provided to newborns in newborn nurseries and neonatal intensive care units throughout the Geisinger Health System.
The Director will develop newborn practice standards that are patient-centered, efficient, effective, equitable, integrated, and safe and maintained throughout GHS.
The Director will partner with the respective newborn nursery and NICU directors to implement consistent best practice.
The Director will monitor and improve the transitions of care between OB units, nurseries and NICUs within GHS.
