Family Medicine Core Faculty Position with optional OMT

Highlights of the Opportunity

• Core Faculty Position in an ACGME accredited FM program with osteopathic recognition
• 0.5 FTE clinical, 0.5 FTE administrative/precepting
• Protected administrative time
• State-of-the-art skills lab
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR
• 1:6 call (phone only)
• Regular Resident Education, including bedside teaching, formal classroom didactics, and hands-on training
• Access to point-of-care ultrasound
• Option for robust OMT component in your practice with opportunity for leadership roles in osteopathic education
• Opportunities for office procedural training
• Opportunities for geriatrics and local nursing homes rounds
• Position currently includes inpatient rounding but this may become option in the near future
• Option to include obstetrics but not required
• Access to supportive Research Center

Candidate Requirement

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Commitment to Resident Education with a passion for teaching and mentoring future family medicine physicians

Work Life Balance

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedules considered
• Rotating Call Schedule - phone call only
• Generous Paid Time Off annually in addition to holidays and sick time

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
• Starting Bonus - $100,000
• Medical school loan repayment - $150,000
• Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
• 403B and 457B retirement options; HSA option
• Reimbursement for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
• $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis
• Salary range - $232,000-$291,000
