PediatriCare Associates is seeking a full-time pediatrician for employment opportunities across our Fair Lawn, Hackensack, Pompton Plains, Mahwah, and Woodland Park locations. The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $175,000 to $325,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.

PediatriCare Associates, founded in 1979, is a progressive pediatric practice located in Northwestern Bergen County, just 20 minutes from New York City. Our practice has a rich history of patient care, serving many second and third-generation families. We have five offices and a team of seventeen physicians, ensuring extended hours of availability seven days a week. Our practice also participates and collaborates with many of the local hospital systems in the area, including RWJBarnabas Health, Valley Hospital, Saint Joseph, Atlantic Health, and Hackensack University Medical Center.

PediatriCare Associates offers a collegial atmosphere with a diverse patient base, fully integrated electronic medical records, and evening nurse triage services. We make our best effort to educate patients on procedures performed and the importance of follow-up. We also hold regular meetings to discuss patient and office concerns, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our staff.
