The Memphis VA Medical Center has an opening for an on-site Primary Care (PC) Physician with a dual academic appointment with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC). The position reports directly to the Chief of Primary Care and works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team that collaborates with other members of the team to provide Primary Care to Veterans. The Medical Center consists of one main campus and ten community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). It’s a 1a complexity tertiary care VA healthcare system located in one of the fastest growing Veteran population regions in the United States.
