Seeking a 4th Neonatologist to join our established team of physicians and practitioners at Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs, CA.
30-bed community Level-III NICU
Average daily census is 21 with 550 admissions annually
Affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Ob Hospitalist practice support
Services include high frequency ventilation and iNO is available
Schedule offers good work/life balance

Base compensation is $230,000 to $280,000 with bonus potential.
