The Tidelands Health Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, we are located in Murrell's Inlet. We are a 29-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.

Our hospital provides a wide range of physical rehabilitation services, a vast network of highly skilled, independent private practice physicians and therapists and nurses, and the most innovative equipment and rehabilitation technology, ensuring that all patients have access to the highest quality care.

We are seeking a full time Inpatient Rehabilitation Physician interested in building a practice and growing within the community. 

Murrell's Inlet community was once primarily a fishing village, but has grown substantially in modern time, along with the rest of the Grand Strand, into a popular tourist and retirement location. It is most known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a &185;??-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a salt marsh and which houses many restaurants.

PRACTICE MODEL

Physician candidate will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses. The Physician will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
