Nuclear Medicine Tech. Per Diem Days. SVH.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Under general direction of Supervisor and/or charge person, utilizes independent judgment to provide Nuclear Medicine services to patients while adhering to all department and organizational policies, procedures and standards. Responsible for patient/customer service satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to read, write and speak English.
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
3. Completion of a comprehensive training program in nuclear medicine (including training in basic & medical sciences and practical experience as they apply to nuclear med).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None

PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
1. ARRT(N) or NMTCB registered or equivalent
2. License in the State of Massachusetts for Nuclear Medicine technology
3. BLS or CPR certificate required.
