The rank of this position is at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor on the Academic Track. About the Appointment:
About the Division: The clinical program at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital (UMMCH) is a free-standing hospital recognized as one of the best in the country. The pediatric program works closely with the adult program and combined we have over 30 open clinical trials. UMMCH offers state-of-the-art facilities with access to more than 50 subspecialities and convenient family-centered services. The division supports a 3-year ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology with an NIH funded T32 Training Grant. The Division’s scientific laboratories focus on diabetes, islet cell transplantation immunology, cystic fibrosis related pancreatic insufficiency, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and related disorders, and innovative therapies for diabetes. The division has over $3.42 million in sponsored direct cost expenditures in fiscal year 2018. Comprising only 5% of the total Pediatrics faculty, the Division incurred 13% of the Department’s sponsored expenditures in FY 2018. Qualifications:
