At the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Administration Medical Center, these privileges cover care of patients in the outpatient settings (including Outpatient Clinics, Telehealth*, Emergency Department (ED), Short Procedure Unit (SPU)* and Cardiac Catheterization/Electro Physiology (CCL/EP lab)), Inpatient Acute Care Settings (including medical and surgical wards) and Acute Care Telemetry beds. Medical care will also be provided in the Intensive Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
