The Community Living Center Physician serves as a leader within a interdisciplinary team assigned to provide comprehensive, collaborative acute and continuity care of the assigned panel of long/short stay geriatric patients requiring services within the setting of a skilled nursing facility. Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay)
