Penn State Health is seeking a board certified Family Medicine Physician to join our established care team at our Penn State Health Medical Group-Fleetwood Family Medicine community practice located in Fleetwood, PA. Fleetwood is located about 14 miles northeast of Reading, PA.
The selected candidate will join our team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers. The practice offers a friendly environment to work amongst a collaborative care team and includes the option to also provide care at a local nursing home and/or university. This position is outpatient only with no inpatient requirements.
Candidates must have MD, DO, or foreign equivalent and be board certified in Family Medicine. Candidates must also have completed an accredited Family Medicine Residency training program and be eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
