We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a NYS Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dynamic team of medical professionals.
We are currently seeking a Pediatrician to work in a Primary Care Setting. Specifically, you will:
Examine children/order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical condition and determine diagnosis.
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury in infants and children.
Advise patients, parents concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Treat children who have minor illnesses, acute and chronic health problems, and growth and developmental concerns.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments
Plan and execute medical care programs to aid in the mental and physical growth and development of children and adolescents.
Board Certified Pediatrician (American Board of Pediatrics)
New York State Medical License NYS Medical License, valid and unrestricted
DEA Certification, valid and unrestricted
New York State Education Department Approved Child Abuse Training Certification
