The Center for a Healthy Maryland, a 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager for the Maryland Physician Health and Physician Rehabilitation Program. The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical management services to impaired physicians and other health care providers.

Requirements Candidates are expected to have expertise in working with individuals with substance use/abuse, mental illness and/or cognitive impairments. Applicants with history of EAP and/or clinical management and psychotherapy experience are preferred. Strong clinical foundation, good organizational ability, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Minimum license requirements are LCSW-C, LCPC or Doctorate in Psychology (licensed or license eligible).

MedChi has about 50 employees. Office hours are M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour paid lunch.
