Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH) and the Division of Hospitalist Medicine are seeking pediatric hospitalists interested in a career in hospital medicine as we continue to expand our programs and academic and quality endeavors. We currently have 48 Hospitalists across 3 sites with a variety of clinical, educational, quality and research interests. Current recruitment efforts are focused at our main campus at the quaternary referral children’s hospital.
PCH is a free standing children’s hospital which continues to undergo a dynamic expansion after the completion of an 11 story patient tower in 2011. Our division is actively involved in investigator initiated and multicenter research, as well as quality improvement projects and an established Hospitalist Fellowship Program. Our faculty play an important role in medical education for PCH Pediatric Residents and medical students from the University of Arizona and Creighton University. We are looking for leaders in Hospital Medicine and leaders within our division and hospital. Ideal candidates for these academic positions include experienced Hospitalists and fellowship graduates with an interest in teaching, research/academic projects and/or quality improvement projects. Leadership opportunities and career advancement potential are endless with experienced mentors available.
