Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter, Southeastern NC’s largest and most experienced hospice agency, provides the gold standard in hospice and palliative care in our service area of Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover and Pender counties and is the only nonprofit hospice in this area. The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for examination, initiation and interpretation of tests, analysis of data, and implementation of plans of care.
