Not-for-Profit CCRC is seeking dynamic Director of Clinical Services for a 123-bed facility with mixed skilled, memory care & sheltered care resident population. Candidate will also provide leadership for our 74-unit Assisted Living facility on campus. This professional will be required to establish a team building approach to conflict resolution, professional growth, and decision making to enhance our customer satisfaction. A strong background in geriatric/rehab/dementia/end-of-life nursing is desired. Our established team of directors, nurse managers and therapists welcome the opportunity to work with the right candidate to ensure quality care in home-like surroundings. Seeking a strong collaborative leader for future growth. BSN and/or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
