The Penn State University College of Medicine – Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and The Penn State Cancer Institute are recruiting for a third full-time faculty Gynecologic Oncologist for our campus in Hershey, PA, which is the location of the Penn State University College of Medicine and Penn State Cancer Institute This position is an opportunity to join a growing academic, research and clinical division located in the central Pennsylvania area with easy access to Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.. This new GYN Oncologist will provide medical education while providing advanced GYN Oncology care at our Academic Medical Center. The new faculty member will partner with established faculty to advance education and clinical care in the region and will benefit from being part of an innovative medical campus and health system. Appropriate candidates will have completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. As a faculty member within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and employed by Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. successful candidates will be involved in research, clinical and teaching activities. Successful candidates should have a keen enthusiasm for working in collaborative team based environments. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and training. Requirements include M.D. degree or equivalent, completion of an ABOG accredited residency and fellowship program, eligibility for licensure for the practice of medicine in the State of Pennsylvania, and BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.
