Position Description Missoula, Montana - Seeking an excellent physician assistant or nurse practitioner with experience in Occupational Medicine. Full-time position with 8-hour shifts. Duties to include physical exams (pre-employment, surveillance and respirator clearance) and treatment of injured employees through workers' compensation, including chaperoning patients through care to MMI and providing impairment ratings and permanent work restrictions where appropriate. Must be certified (or be willing to become certified) by National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) in order to provide DOT exams for commercial truck drivers. Knowledge of Montana Workers' Compensation system a plus. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a PA or NP outside of training is required in one of the following specialties: Occupational Health, Wellness, Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
